Introducing You To The Johnny Cash Roadshow
We've just uploaded our Introduction To The Johnny Cash Roadshow video to our YouTube channel. It's a compilation of 12 songs that we have performed live and gives a great impression of what we love to do - play our tribute to Johnny Cash!

We have updated the Press Pack area of our site - have a look and see what you think.
This area will expand over the coming months to include a variety of photos, logos, audio and video examples, biography, etc. Currently available are the Johnny Cash Roadshow montage pic (right), A4 leaflet, and a selection of logos, band and band members photos.
For your convenience we have included the embed code so you can easily insert the images you like into your website, blog, MySpace, etc. Simply copy the code in the grey box under the picture you'd like to use and paste it into your page.
This wonderful charity provides much needed care for life limited children by running three hospices, and providing care in the community, in the West Midlands, UK.
This performance was recorded at the Johnny Cash Roadshow's grand charity concert, in aid of Acorns, at the Malvern Forum Theatre. We were joined on stage by the wonderful Sytchampton School Choir (6-9 year olds), who also performed on the recording of the song, and Richard Gibson on the piano.

Our total raised so far is £2511.78. This total does not yet include the money raised at our sell-out charity show on 15 January '09. We will add this when we have confirmation.
CDs of the song, which also include a country version of the song, are available to buy from the MixdUpStore with the proceeds going to Acorns. The song is also available to buy as an MP3 digital download.
There is now only just over a week to go before the first public live performance of Clive John's song, “Make the Most of Every Day”.
This song was written especially for Acorns, Clive and the band's official charity, and all proceeds (yes, every penny!) from the sale of the CD on the night will go to Acorns.
Performing with us at our Malvern Forum Theatre charity show on 15th January 2009 will be the superb choir from Sytchampton First Endowed School.
The CD will also be available to buy at our shows and, along with MP3 downloads, from MixdupStore.

Have you heard of Ben (BENNANTYLAD) on YouTube? A lot of people are discovering how good this young guy is.
We came across Ben's videos a few months ago and were really impressed by his performances, which just keep getting better and better.
We wanted to give him the opportunity to perform in front of an audience and so invited him to sing at our Johnny Cash Tribute Band Christmas Show on 20th December 2008 at the Artrix Theatre in Bromsgrove.
We have just uploaded the video of his superb performance of John Denver's song “I Want to Live” to our YouTube Channel and added it to our Top 10 To Watch playlist.

The Johnny Cash Roadshow always look forward to watching Jim's videos (jimmymac30) on YouTube and his latest one, I Pray On Christmas (a Harry Connick Jnr. cover), definitely hits the spot yet again.
It's only the beginning of December but, after hearing this song, we're certainly getting into the mood for Christmas - thanks Jim!

We just wanted to say a BIG thank you to YouTube for updating there video size to widescreen (16:9) format. Change doesn't always go down too well as it's not what we're used to but, after the initial “Oh S@*%!!!!! Why'd You Do That YouTube???” shock response ;-), we're really happy.
Most of the Johnny Cash Roadshow videos were filmed in 16:9 so they will now appear as intended. So, to answer the title of this post, we'd have to say they did it for the better.
We should have some great footage from our two upcoming Johnny Cash tribute band shows which we'll be adding over the next two months. Tickets for these shows can be bought online at the Artrix Box Office, Saturday 20th December 2008, and the Malvern Theatres Box Office for our Grand Charity Benefit Concert in aid of Acorns Children's Hospice on Thursday 15th January 2009.
Better get your tickets soon as they're almost gone! This is great news, especially for our charity concert.

Clive John's new unplugged version of his song “In A Whisper” has held on to the number 1 slot in the British & Irish Top 10 HotDisc chart for a second week.
This acoustic mix has also risen to No.3 in the Hotdisc Top 20 Chart (No.4 last week) and No.4 in the Hotdisc Top 40 Chart (No.5 last week).

Clive John (singer from The Johnny Cash Roadshow tribute) has a new unplugged version of his song “In A Whisper” and it has shot to number 1 in the British & Irish Top 10 HotDisc chart.
His fantastic acoustic mix entered the chart last Thursday at No.2 and today (13th Nov.) it popped into the No.1 slot. “In A Whisper” is also at No.4 in the Hotdisc Top 20 Chart (No.7 last week) and No.5 in the Hotdisc Top 40 Chart (No.8 last week).

Clive John, lead singer of The Johnny Cash Roadshow, starts his fantastic “Clive to Camera” series on 1st November 2008 - not long to go!
This video series is planned to run for 6 months, featuring songs from his albums, and each video will appear in the exclusive Members Area a month before being published to his YouTube Channel.

Our friend from YouTube, JohnnyCashFan11 (Sean), came to this show and Cocaine Blues was dedicated to him on the night as it's one of his favourite Johnny Cash songs. We've extended that dedication to Sean with this video and thank him for coming to the show.
We really enjoyed meeting him backstage and are glad that he, and his father Carl, had a wonderful time. Fantastic guys and true Johnny Cash Fans.
